Live 2 Be Well's vision is to help people achieve optimal health, fitness and total wellbeing. We believe that staying healthy can be achieved through incorporating holistic lifestyle management choices.

We have all heard that old adage, "Prevention is better than cure". At Live 2 Be Well we apply this philosophy to both your work environment and personal lifestyle.

Live 2 Be Well are passionate in providing a personalised service in four key areas of health and lifestyle management:

  • Workers Comp and Motor Vehicle Accident Rehabilitation

All our consultants are Accredited Exercise Physiologists or Scientists through the Exercise Science and Sports Association (ESSA) of Australia. We are based in the Randwick area but all our consultants are mobile and travel to our clients in eastern suburbs if required.

  • Department of Veterans Affairs
  • Medicare
  • NDIS
  • Work Cover

The Live 2 Be Well team have gained extensive experience in all areas of health, wellbeing and rehabilitation. We will ensure that our work with you is tailored to your specific personal goals.

 

Medicare rebates can be provided with the correct referral.

Private Health Care rebates will be dependent on your level of cover.

 

What is an exercise physiologist?

“Accredited exercise physiologists (AEPs) hold a four-year university degree and are allied health professionals who specialise in the delivery of exercise for the prevention and management of chronic diseases and injuries. AEPs provide support for clients with conditions such as cardiovascular disease, diabetes, osteoporosis, mental health problems, cancer, arthritis, pulmonary disease and more. AEPs are eligible to register with Medicare Australia, the Department of Veterans’ Affairs and WorkCover and are recognised by most private health insurers.” (www.essa.org.au)
